Change in ability to add successor

I am not pleased with the new litter registration puppy packet. The ability to co-0wn has been gone for years and now they took away adding Successors without an additional form that doesn't show up online?
This is not good for breeders who want to ensure the pups are not used for breeding without first getting health clearances and DNA profiles.

And, the new form is so small, the text is hard to read and it's difficult to write in the name legibly in the tiny boxes.

Please go back to the original forms and full page format.
thank you,
