Lost my dogs papers due to remodeling the house and can not find them anywhere. What do I need to do to get a copy of them again? And how much will it cost? Thanks in advance

Assuming the dog is registered in your name, you would need to fill out one of our Application for Duplicate Registration forms. This form can be downloaded from our website or you can send me a PM with your name, complete mailing address & the fact that you need a duplicate application and I can mail you one.
