anybody got any milo pups?

let me know. I bred the first hounds that go back to milos mama.
I didnt make the cross that made him, but my female was a double grandma to milos momma.
My boots female goes back to those same hounds. Milos mamas side were bad to the bones coondogs. they werent competition hunted much, but were hide dogs that several guys down here in Mississippi still hunt to this day including me.
I would highly recommend Milo as a stud to anyone. He will be gone one of these days. I think he is 10 or so. they go fast.
you boys up in Indiana should pile up and breed him to death while you can. He has old old blood up close. He is double old flat rock coma up close on his momma side and double sacket jr up close.

we took a hound back in the late 90's to breed to nitro and went for a spin with nitro afterwards. Allen Shoe knew what a good hound was and he owned several. Nitro did a nice job that night. Tons of mouth and had the meat in both trees we made. He was a big hound and the litter we had had 9 pups and all but 2 went to pleasure hunters around our home. the one i kept made nite champ at 11 months and got ran over when he was 14 months old.

A hunting buddy (Walter Parrish from Hopewell, VA), that owned a dog sired by Tar Heel Nitro, past away about a month ago. His son asked me to find a home for Ruff. He is a good looking dog and probably can still tree a coon. Wheter or not he can breed is unknown. He will locate the papers so we can be more specific as to age, etc. When Walter bought the dog (at 10 months old or so)from Steve Smith, he paid between $3500 and $4000 for him. I went with him to pick him up. He was impressive as a young dog. He is free to anyone that will provdie him a good home. For additonal information, call by cell phone at 804-931-8495

Nitro

I have owned two of them gr.ntch pr singing Solomon. One of the best hounds I have ever followed behind he was as accurate as they come he had his moodyness when it came to strange dogs .but I probably had a little of something to do with it got him eat up at a early age .far as pleasure hunting he was great .the other one was gr by ch bugger branch big pimp.he was a better competition dog .the only problem he had was a possum .but truly I liked these line of hounds. Allen was a great friend and knew what the definition of a coon dog .the old line of dogs Allen had a lot of history at the original Bugger Branch Kennels .home of the late GR NT Ch Bugger Branch Paul.the Solomon dog went back to old Paul on the bottom side . Just wanted to shed some light on nitro and a man that influenced the walker breed in the southeast .will be totally missed but will always be remembered. Nitro was a reproducer.Bar none!!!!

We took SID out Saturday night. Treed 2 in one tree then on the way back out treed one on a corn stalk! Needless to say it was not out of sids reach! The dogs caught it after they drug it off the stalk.

Then we took him and dan with a buddies dogs last night. They struck a cold track and worked it for about 30 minutes then they got up into a bunch of houses we got into a couple years ago. We decided to catch them to make sure no one got upset.

Sid will be 11 tomorrow. Still hunts hard. Not quite as fast or loud as he once was and he doesn't stand up on the tree like he used to but he's still got the heart. Just not the body.

We just bred a female direct out of Nitro to Sid yesterday. If she takes and has pups it will be the tightest nitro blood u will be able to find. With the pups being double grandpups to nitro.
