Affidavit and litter registration question

When I fill out a affidavit for the permanent registration being filled out by previous owner and never sent off before he sold me the dog how do I pay for the permanent registration papers. I know the affidavit papers have a fee but will they include the new permanent registration fee with the card information on the affidavit.

Question two can I send my litter registration in the same envelope with the dames paperwork and get them registered in my name at the same time?

Yes, you can send everything in together and the Affidavit fee is $20.00 in addition to the registration fee.

So will they use the card number on the affidavit to charge me for the permanent registration?

If you include a signed note telling us that you give us permission to charge all applicable fees to the card, yes.
