Biden is still out trying to convince Americans that his "popular" $1.9 trillion bill is a good thing. American taxpayers will get $1,400. Gov of California is going to use California's part of the $32 billion education money to give teachers $6,000 each to return to clasrooms. Does that sound like a good thing? One Mayor of a large city said that they would use their "Covid Relief" money to hire more policemen.

These are just a couple of examples of what happens when you start giving governments money. Biden never put any stipulations on how it should be spent. Just how much will go straight into politician's pockets? Just how much of the "education" money will go straight into Teachers Union Reps pockets?

Where did they move the GM plant to? You need to get a job reporting for CNN. You edited out that GM started a battery plant in Lordstown, Ohio and rehired 1,100 people.

Trump tried to pressure GM to keep the Lordstown plant open or at least put more work in there, to retain jobs. The UAW never sided with Trump, even when it would benefit the workers they represent. It doesn’t make sense, except when a Republican is in office, international UAW officers go to jail. It isn’t Trump’s fault GM closed a plant. They did plenty of that with Obama in office. There was more the administration could have done like pull back government subsidies for GM, if they’re going to close a plant. Trump would have had a better chance at retaining those Lordstown jobs, if the UAW would have stood along side him. They worked harder before the 2016 election to support Hillary, than keeping US jobs.

Honestly, we as Americans, could change the whole idea of keeping these automobile industry jobs here in the United States. All “we” need to do is buy vehicles made in the United States. Yes, GM, Ford, and Dodge are getting rid of cars and focus is on suv’s And trucks because of the profit margins, but they also have the same product being assembled outside our border. If customers only purchased the vehicles made in the US, the companies would be forced to reopen plants here in the US. Pretty simple... hire american...build here...and buy american. I think a recent past president said that and was called names for it! 😁😏
