What kinda boot you need a chap on and how far does the neoprene go down if it has any??
Or is it a leather boot??

Leather we can do and some with neoprene as long as the neoprene doesnt go all the way to the ankle..If you go with the neoprene yoders or dans sew at the top and is a good bet..We sew thru like wick did and seal five different ways..Thanks!
