Dean - is a shame ole thorn didn't live long. That was one bad hound. That dogs muscles had muscles and he could spank a rabbit track at about 1,000 mph. I had a dog i wanted to breed to him very badly - but he passed away before i could make the cross.

he would be on my list too.

There you go John-rabbit hunter. Thats a long list of great dogs. The list is completely different depending on who you ask ! And, how long they have been around the sport. I've only been around the sport about a year and a half and of those dogs listed I have only seen a few of them run.

After doing this for about 16 years it's hard to leave it at just 10...I know others have been at it even longer. those 5 are more recent hounds most of my first 10 aren't around anymore except Glomskis Crimson Flame...that's why I mentioned them first.
