Just wanted to share a picture with everyone from this past weekend. My buddy Todd Luningham and some guy from Virginia named Mike Mayo went up in the Ozark Mtns and were able to find a couple rutting coons to chase. Mike, I am glad you got to go with us. We had a decent hunt Friday night and a good hunt Saturday night. Dogs all did good, but I think we would not have complained of they hadn't hunted so deep all weekend. The dogs we hunted are in this picture and I am going to list them from left to right.

Badger is 4 years old, hank is about 20 months and both are mine. Amos belongs to Mike. And Dan is owned by my buddy Todd. Had a really fun weekend and I appreciate these guys tagging along.

Leonard- We would be glad for you to come over and go a night with us. Dan got deep with the meat 2 times by himself on Friday night. He is one of the hardest hunting dogs I have been with. He is all business when you cut him loose and can move a track with ease. He is probably a shade slower to tree than some dogs and every one in a while has trouble settling on a tree. Really likes to be by himself. He is gonna find a coon when you cut him loose.

DAN SOUNDS LIKE MOST DOGS OUT OF RUSTY,HARD HUNT, GET DEEP IF THEY HAVE TO,INDEPENDENT,SOME ARE FASTER TREEDOGS THAN OTHERS,BUT THE ONES THAT ARE SLOWER ON THE TREE ARE MORE ACCURATE,YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE FAST IF YOU ARE ALL ALONE.GIVE ME A CALL AT 918-752-7560 AND I WILL COME OVER FOR A HUNT.
