Depends on how the judge votes. Judgement calls on a 2 to 2 vote go with the judge.

If the judge made the decision to minus it would take a majority vote to overturn it (except in a tree scoring situation where on a 2 - 2 vote tree is deleted Rule 5 (e).) if the handler(s) still do not agree on the call they may put a question on the card at that time for the MOH or panel to make a decision on. See rule 16 (b) 1-3.
