If the dam is registered but the sires papers have not been submitted at the time of breeding can you still litter register the puppies when the sires papers come back?

Can u explain to me how you would fill out the litter registration? It always ask for registered owner of sire/dam at time of breeding? When his ukc number comes back do you just fill it out like you would normally? Even though the sire wasn't registered the day of the breeding?

Correct. You cannot register the litter until you have the Sire's UKC number.
