I feel paniced because i have not registered yet. The instruction page is down so i want to make sure i do this correct so i am hoping for help.
I am to do step:2 as sole owner then i am to skip down to step:4 for dog color name. Then flip paper over and choose the fee under step 5, i am going the easy and picking 3 gen $24
What are the additional service products, are any worth getting?

Assuming you have the Appliccation for Permanent Registration and your dog is under a year of age, then yes, you are correct. You do not have to choose anything under additional services. Those are just faster shipping & processing options and things like that.
