 Looking for young dog that packs

I'm looking for a young dog that maybe has run and treed coon with other dogs and stays with them but not independent enough for a coon hunter. Needs to have track speed and decent feet and build. Looking to add a pack dog for bear. Located close to wv or va. Thanks!
