Collar only blinks once. Not getting gps signal. Worked great this morning. Won't work tonight. Master reset was done properly. No change. Took apart and cleaned antenna connection and looked for anything wrong. No dice.

Any other suggestions before I bite the bullet and send it in?

Also connected a new antenna with no luck. In addition, assuming the collar is junk, anyone know a proper contact or protocol for sending a collar in? Have sent handhelds in but never a collar, luckily.

Single blink indicates the collar is not connecting with the Satellites and that is because of a problem in the GPS circuit, GPS antenna or the wire connecting the GPS antenna to the board. GPS antenna is the small box on the collar.

Unfortunately Garmin quit taking the TT10 in and sending refurbished ones out. Not sure who might repair them.

Thanks Bruce. I think DU may do some sort of refurbished trade in.

I have no clue why, but turned it on this morning and was giving me 3 blinks but still wouldn't show up on alpha. Deleted dog, added new pairing, and it is working for the time being. Guessing it may not last, however.

GPS connection comes in and out intermittently. Very odd. I'll have connect for 2 minutes, then lose it for 2, etc...
