How many trees

My kids great uncle recently gave them a cur female. I've never been squirrel hunting w a dog until last Saturday. Dog did a nice job and handled great. Made about 10- 12 trees during our walk. Saw 3 squirrels. A few of those trees I couldn't see a squirrel in, some had so many leaves and were so big I don't think I had a chance to find them. Question. How many trees fo you go to and can't find a squirrel. I know the dog has a ton to do with this. Im just trying to see where we are w this dog

This time of year , your doing good. Its really hard to find a squirrel this time of year if you don't have some help. Later on they will be in a hole. Lol
