Chewing

Anybody got any methods that have worked for you to break a dog from chewing at the tree? Got one now that chews anything in sight- vines, saplings, and bites on the tree also. Would sure rather hear him tree than to have to walk in silence headed to him knowing he is chewing the woods down!!

Ears

Check to make sure the dog doesn't have ear mites,or any type of ear infection. If so that will start a dog to chew. I know that's certainly not always the case. But if it is it's an easy fix. Best of luck
