crooked ridge, I USUALLY PUT CORN OUT FOR SQUIRRELS IN WINTER,fun to watch them, SOMETIMES I PUT PEANUT BUTTER CRACKERS OUT AND THEY FIGHT EACHOTHER FOR THEM..

ALSO once I caught 2 at once with a half peanut butter sandwich. They was fighting bad like one was mad the other set the trap off when he told him NOT TO STEP THERE!!!!Peanut butter is killer for squirrels..

caught another bunny. When I walked up to the trap. a bunny on the outside was pulling a carrot threw the cage wire with his buddy inside.

carrots apples vanilla, I put that in a spray bottle and soak the bait and trap, is what I am useing, putting trap in high populated areas{in town} Ive caught 3 so far. Im thinking of putting up a pen and breeding themgetting with this distric DNR for guidlines. I TURNED THE 3 LOOSE in front of pups, best sight chase youll ever see.. the 2 pups that Jackson trained for me are jumping their own but I have 1 that didnt get the training, hes catching on quick though.

catching Rabbits

Hey Todd

I've had a lot success chubbing the traps with Commerical rabbits pee to get them started.
I've noticed that if I catch one no matter how many traps I have set out the trap I caught the 1st rabbit in becomes the hot Spot.
IMO when You catch a couple Coons or in your case a bunch! that kinda turns off the rabbitws due to the Coon scent.
But Ive tried even used dropping from pen rabbits etc and used Apples/Pears, rabbits in my area love my Pears.. Goodluck seems like everybody needs rabbits.. Best of Luck to Ya..Brother.

moorebeagles, yes when a coon is caught I RELOCATE THE coon to new area I MOVE TRAP AS WELL. tHE COONS TEAR UP THE BUSHES AROUND where the cage was. Dont seem to attact bunnies.. I USE THE SPRAY VANILLA BECAUSE ITS EASIER TO GET THAN Bunny pee.I DOUSE THE WHOLE AREA.AND USE APPLES AND CARROTS AS VISUAL ATTRACTANT
