Only been out once this year, but it is a lot of fun when you get into a lot of carp. When you cant find any though, it can get real boring.

i shot a pile of carp this spring, best time to go is when there spawning which in michigan is the end of may beginning of june. then switch to gar and other fish that can be shot. just do a little research and find out what spawns when in your area in the shallows and it can be alot of fun.
