What are the hours for the field operations Dept at UKC? The last two days I have called between 10 and 12 and after a considerable wait was told by recording that office was closed

For some reason their system has been doing that lately I think it is when to many are on hold. I've just waited a few minutes and called back or they have called me back.

I called 2 times last week an 1 time this week. And according to my cell longest I was on the phone was 4:37 seconds. And I talked to someone each time.

Mike it has done it to me a few times the last time I had talked to someone and to be put on hold while they were working on something and they had to call me back because it had gave the recording that office was closed and kicked my call out. It's a glitch when phone lines are overloaded in the field operations.

Todd, it just did it again while calling field operations. System plays music for a few (6.52) then gave the recording "we apologise the department your trying to call is closed please try your call again later". I don't mind being on hold but this starting over is for the birds.

I know...so frustrating. I make calls like that to some company and have the same trouble and think, dang, that's what our customers say about us. It's not very often that we close a department but it happens some times when the department has a meeting. I don't know, we will check into it.

One thing I would like to hear about is how the call back option is working? You don't have to sit on hold. There is a call back option and I would like to hear from those of you that have tried it how it worked out for you?

Call back option works great. I always use that instead of sitting on hold. You have to assume that if you don't hear about something that it is working great. You only hear about the problems.
