TT15 problem

I have a 6 month old TT15 that has acted up on me 3 times now. It will have full battery and full Comm. but no gps signal? The collar will function normally for about 2 hours before it acts up. It will show me the dog is barking, but not tell me how far or which direction she is? Has anybody else ran into this? Antenna is new, connection is clean and tight, already did the master reset on the collar with no luck.

I’ve had 2 hunting partners with new TT15’s that have had gps issues but will show battery info. Called Garmin and they told me to do a master reset on the collar. The master reset fixed the issue.
