I have purchased a pup w573 999. She is still on puppy papers. It says she is a performance pup. My question is. What does it cost to have her transferred Into my name and her performance all paid. It's been awhile since I transferred one . I know that in the past I got a blue slip along with papers to send in for the performance. It says on the back its $24 for a performance 3 generation packet. What I need to know is how much to send in to have her transferred into my name and her performance paid.

$24 for the registration & $30 for the performance as long as you get the paper in to us before the dog turns 6 months of age. If you did not get a nomination slip just include a note letting us know the other $30.00 is for the Performance Program.

So that will be a total of $ 54 with a note that the other $30 goes towards the performance THANKS will get it in
