He will be there at Bill Byrds home. He is 12 and can still cover a female. He is the last of the pure Breathless Blue stock of mine. I hope he gets a chance to cover a few females. He only has two males on the ground that these guys say it's the best dogs they have ever owned. Kyler couldn't hunt him much do to his job and he didn't have any females. I hope Bill can get him to cover a few before it's to late.

Magic has came from a long line of coon treeing hounds. Bred old school and puts the meat on the limb. I hope to get back to this blood more in my line of dogs. Can't do it all on my own but that's okay. I like what I like and do my fair share of winning and loosing just like everyone else. I like big houndy accurate stay put treedogs. I'll always promote this line as long as I can find it.

He is hoping to get a female or two bred to him while he is still kicking. At 12 you never know. I want the Breathless Blue stuff to continue in a few more pedigrees. I see it crosses with Smokey River and Jet as well as Utchman so that is a good thing. These dogs can tree coon in any terrain and any part of the year and that is why I like them so much.
If someday I'm able to get back into this game of hunting and crossing dogs you will see that I'm right. This is where dogs tree coons not blank trees and should of would of could of type dogs. I know what a coondog is and what it takes to win without making enemies I make friends.

Magic bred a female called Lacie off of Bobby Smalls Grand Nite Kash dog and Hank Tabers Grand Nite Lace female. Now we shall see in 2 months if there will be some Breathless Blues to follow in the woods in the future. We hope to breed a few to him. He is 12 but had no problem covering this female. Yes I miss that old Scout, Hawk blood with old Diamond Jim and Tasuda's Arkie. I just know what they will do and when they will start to run and tree and have hardly no play as pups. They act like old dogs at a early age and seem to be more focused when training them.
I have my fingers crossed for sure.
I never had to worry if it was to dry or cold or moonlite. They treed coons. I want that back in my Kennel.
Dragon does this and that is why he is still in my kennel.

Old Knight was one of my favorite of your old line of dogs that you promoted. I thought he had it all. The hound look, the big voice and locate, track power and stay put tree dog with accuratecy, just a all around tough hound. If it is anyway possible if you could find 2 close quality ancestors of Knight and line breed them and see if you could duplicate a Knight that would be awesome. When most people would stay home on those bad cold moonlight nights old Knight would show you coons, not just trees but the meat in the tree.
