Customer Service!!??

It's none existing here at UKC. Takes weeks to get dog papers transfer... can't talk to a real human on the phone... Wait on hold forever... Leave number for call back wait forever Wondering if they will ever call

I don't have this problem with the other KC ever.

Reminds me why I never do business with UKC

I never have a problem with papers or getting through to them. Just called them Tuesday and got a real life person. And they shipping me paperwork I ask for. Could be the time of day you called

UKC has the worst customer service via the telephone. I can’t think of anywhere that I call where it is harder to talk with someone.

ive had this same problem before but I cant get it through my head why everyone has to get on here and bash them about things of this nature. theres a reason why they got so much more going on than the other kc's they are not just a coonhound reg. so they have way way more people to deal with and a ridiculous amount of dogs so of course they are going to have a longer wait time on the phone and getting stuff to you. they are a business there not going to look and see oh heres a coon hunter calling drop everything. my suggestion email ive always had timely responses with email

I am sure that if your method of contacting UKC is by phone. There are issues like many of you have stated. I would think UKC knows their work load better than everyone and department managers if they are doing their job should be asking for help if they need it.

With that said. Most of my basic questions and concerns can be addressed with UKC in one or two places. Either on this message board if it is a hunt question. Or on the Registration Section of this board if it is a registration question. Mr. Russell has always done a great job answering any questions I have had. Last week I had a question and called another KC for their answer and sent message on this message board for the UKC question. Got my response from Mr. Russell in a short period of time.

So the bottom line for me is. With my limited questions and me directing them the way I do. Their service to me is TOP NOTCH.

It's not a catering service, they get alot of calls, not just from coonhunters. The world don't revolve around you and ol slicks papers so relax. And if alot of folks could fill out the papers right the first time, it wouldn't be a long wait for the mail or have a need to call.
