can anyone tell me how to get my map back? shows my dogs route and yardage but doesn't show roads or creeks anymore. thanks

Yeah I had done it one night in a area I.hunt all the time and the dogs got into an area I hasn't been and we got turned around and I had to find the river to b able to get back it was so foggy u couldn't hardly see so I figured out how to get it all back it saved a lot of walking

Do a master reset. With the alpha OFF touch the top right corner of the blank screen. Keep that finger and turn on, it will start up asking you if you really want to erase user data. Tell it yes and it should reload during startup.

Just sent pm. If you can't get it to working call the store tomorrow at 904-692-1568 and we can try a few things.

Master reset and proper update should solve your problems. Go to your about page and see what software version you have loaded. Should say 4.4

You get to ABOUT by
Going to home page
select setup--should be top right selection just under the map and dog page
then scroll to the bottom selection which on the 4th page.
Select ABOUT and see what it says you have loaded for software.
