I hope Speed is getting all he can at his age. He sure is a nice hound and people are going to miss out on him. But It's not like I haven't told them about him. I have nothing invested in him he is just a good hard treeing hound. I like him.

Elmo,

I am hunting Lu Lu she is out of Hank's Slug dog and Zip. I also have two pups out of Speed x Jolene that are just now 6 months old and one male pup out of Derek Hiatt's Hoss dog. Very excited about these young dogs!!We are making those crosses again as soon they come in with Zip and Jolene. Hank has put Zip in some hunts and picked up some wins hopefully he will title her before she comes in. I never put her in a hunt. I just pleasure hunt and bear hunt anymore. Tip Williams female had pups the first week of June out of Speed. We bred another female to Speed last weekend that is from middle Tennessee owned by Jimmy Johnson. Also received another call from a guy from West Tennessee that is planning on breeding his female when she comes in. Got alot going on! I hope everything works out with your health! I know it is killing you. Talk to you soon.

I want to whole heartedly Thank everyone for giving myself and my dogs a chance! It is very much appreciated!! Making the reproducers list is kind of bittersweet. I did not expect this and I am humbled at this accomplishment especially for a bear hunter! Most of Speed's pups have went to bear hunters. Speed's pups are bred to hunt bear and coon. There is also a lot of pups that have places on them and need finished on out. So maybe he can stay on there for a while. I have bred 4 females this year and he is still getting pups. I want to thank Hank Taber for finishing out Zip to Nite Ch with three first place wins. She also has 85 points on the bench with a best of show with competition. The only reason I sent Zip out to Hank's was to breed her to Hank's Slug dog again and Hank took it upon himself to take her to some hunts and finished her out. Thank you!!

I know but most of them of are in bear hunters hands and will probably never even heard of but that is just fine because that is what I have devoted most of my time to over the past several years. I have had an awesome time with these dogs and my family that I may have not got to without the bear hunting. My dad doesn't coon hunt but loves bear hunting with dogs! He always said its an awful long ways to walk to a coon in these mountains! You should come and bear hunt you would love it!! I hope things work out with your health. You have to keep trying!!
