Guy's read this.. This Professor has work on this disease exclusively for a few years and have now developed a prescreening test for your convenience. They have found the link that causes it and it is Genetics and ultimately if you keep breeding it the breed will suffer. I know there will be every excuse known to man that this Professor doesn't know what he is talking about but I believe I would take the man's word for it..

Thanks for posting this information and the link, it was a good article . I know firsthand about thyroid issues, as I am hypo myself. I take a pill once a day to control mine, it made a world of difference to me. Dave
