DC 50 collar

I was hunting the other night when my DC 50 all of a sudden showed a ?mark on my 320 .I had been hunting for about 2 hours and i had justed looked at battery scale before it quit and it had showed full battery on my 320. When i caught my dog the collar was off and it wouldnt power back up.I put it on charge and the light doesnt come ,so my question is the collar toast or is the battery dead.I took the collar apart and the manufacture date on the battery is 2013.

Probably a dead battery. You can get a cheap replacement on eBay.

However, I had this happen once on a DC30 collar and when I opened it up the battery had come disconnected. I guess the clip wasn't fully seated.
