Sent paper off to UKC 93 days ago to have papers placed in my name.
I was co-owner of this dog, with a friend that has passed away. Am I being unreasonable or is this normal time frame for this.

They must be using ups to deliver the papers.I shipped two collars back to Dogtra on the 23rd.Just checked,their in someplace called Hodskins,Il today.Going to California and havnt got out of the state yet.
