Chips

Oh my goodness, the chip shortage has hit the coon hunting world. Garmins are on backorder now. Garmin has run out of computer chips.

Sounds like Valley Creek and the Chinese have formed a conspiracy to drive the price of used Garmins up. I bet that Johnny stockpiled a bunch of used Garmins after AO.

Mr. Lambert, instead of fretting about the chip shortage, you should be focused on why no red bones made the top 104 dogs at the UKC WORLD HUNT. You said. before that the Walker dogs struggle in bad conditions, when do the red bones excel? Speaking of that, could you tell me why red bone pups are so expensive if they NEVER win a big hunt. Lol JK. Dave

.

My best red dog. Thanks Royce Taylor for selling her to me many years ago. Spirit could hang with any walker. The night I finished her to Nt, Ch. she scored 550 plus and won out over a Gold Champion Walker. The truth is it was nip and tuck all night as Spirit would tree one and the Walker would tree one. I was Thankful the time ran out when Spirit was ahead. It could have been a different story in 10 minutes.

Bruce, dang it, that's info that I did not want Mr. Lambert to know. Seriously, I have hunted with some very good red bones. Dave
