Was going thru some old dog papers today. Dog was registered as :WALKER (treeing). Had yellow papers not (PR) bred. I purchased this female out of OK.,I think

Sounds like the Phele's Banjo was a dog back in the day. One thing I noticed they covered a lot of states.

I had a lot of Banjo II in my dogs but never heard of PHELE'S MIDWEST BANJO. I'm thinking he was the brother to someone more famous, the crosses on Herchbergers to Banjo II sounds very familiar. Wish I had a 7 gen on one of my old dogs.

I remember I bred the GIRL dog to Loomis' Clyde. A young guy owned him at the time somewhere around Council Bluffs,Iowa his name was Luse I think. Clyde was out of Spring Creek C B and Willow Slough Kate. He had to be a litter mate to Spring Creek Rock or at least he was a full brother.
