Our meat hunt on 23 nov, then we are looking at HTX hunts early spring, hopefully some sectionals will send you our schedule when we get one made up.

From now on after EVERY hunt the Marion County Coonhunters Association will serve FREE biscuits and gravy to EVERY hunter who hunted that night. Our way of saying Thank You for coming to enjoy and support our club.

Our Christmas supper is Dec. 13 @ Philadelphia, Mo. But our meetings are always the first Monday of the month....

Last night we had our meat hunt with 25 brave hunters going to the woods in 10 degree cold weather. 33 coons was turned in. We honored Rev. Dewayne Larenson and his lovely wife Penny for their years of helping the club be a success. Dewayne is our club secretary. Over the year he has written articles for our local newspaper, American Cooner, handling all the paperwork for UKC and the Conservation Dept. thank you to the Larensons once again...

Our club Christmas Supper was last night. We had a great turn out. Lots of gifts, food, and fellowship. We had our meeting and it was voted that the same officers stay for the 2014. We would like to thank Moonshiner lights for donating a light. Chris Hoskins won the light, and Penny Larenson won the large potted plant. Our first meeting will be the first Monday night in March... Hope to see you there.
