From what I can tell from the sticky above that there are only two ways to nominate your sire to be a 2018 performance sire.

1) By mail.....must be postmarked by December 31st.

2) By phone. Must call and nominate during office hours.

This means no nomination over the Internet. This is my understanding from the above sticky. So if you are used to waiting til the last minute and nominating online you may end up paying more if you miss the deadline.

Just trying to help folks save money.
