Buy the book "Training with Mo". Gun dog Supply sells it. It will be the best $24 you ever spend. Buy a good bred dog and keep your training simple. It works.

Thank You

He is 5 months old now.I have been working with him.Letting him
be a puppy.I was told to start putting him on a barrel
To help with whoa command. He has started pointing on his
own.So I am stuck at where to go from there.

I would definitely get that book. Its written by Martha Greenlee. It is a small paperback book with lots of pictures so its easy reading and laid out step by step from puppy to finished dog.

I have all the Rick and Ronnie Smith videos and all the George Hickox stuff. Their stuff if good but I work too many hours for their training method. I have used parts of their method when it makes sense. All dogs are different and sometimes you need different tools.

Mo and Martha also do a training DVD every year of one of the weekend seminars he does. This is also very helpful to see his methods in action and how the dogs react.
