dogtra pathfinder

I have had a dogtra track and train for almost a year. The first few months it worked very well. Then it started giving me problems. At first it would shock the dog when he was barking treed for no reason. He is a hard tree dog and it would shock him rite off the tree.Sent it in twice to dogtra with no results. After second time sent in it now freezes up for no reason. If i can find the dog i turn collar off and back on again and it will work for a while .When it freezes up phone, handheld and collar all seem to be working correctly.Anyone have any suggestions or experiene with these problems?
