Birdseye?

The Birdseye on my Alpha went away. It was working fine and the other night I pull the map up and it’s gone, any idea what happened? Do I need to re install it or something? Any advice would be appreciated!

chip could be loose or may have to do hard reset. with unit off turn power off and then hold top right of screen and power on to perform master reset. you will lose all all collars and settings but about the only option.

.

Try going to map and then select the menu bar. Depending on the software version you have installed. Either turn the declutter off or if it in newly updated it will say. Either Hide Map or Show Map. If it says show map then select that and it will come back.

Thank you all for the advice. It ended up being what Bruce suggested. I turned the declutter off and Birdseye came right back!!! Thank you all again!
