Thermals

Just wondering if anything new has come out in thermals. Have an AGM 15 and sometimes I think it works well and other times can't see a coon that's looking at me.

My hunting buddy has an AGM 15. He's had about one year. From what I've seen either yours is malfunctioning or you're doing something wrong.

Could well be that I don't have it on the best settings. I made some changes yesterday and it seemed much better last night. We will see.

Not sure of anything but I set the contrast higher and it helped a lot.

.

There are four basic modes and your eyes have to tell you what works best for you. Sometimes I have to scroll from one mode to another which is a simple push of a button. They are White hot, black hot, het hot and fusion. Keep track of what mode your in so you can know what color your expect the coon to be.

Ok, I waited several days to make this post. I changed the contrast setting higher on my 15 and it's working very well. Don't know how it got set so low but it's working well for me now. I keep mine set on the Jungle setting and use the White/red mode.
