Dc50 collar question

I have multiple dc 50 tracking collars that have failed.

I can plug them in and they will act like they are charging. But when i unplug it wont turn on.

I have factory reset them and updated them using web updater.

I feel like the collar is responding enough its not fried. Since i can reset them.

Hope someone can help me with this, since we cant send them back any more!
