The jest of it....
Registered dogs hunt together.
Nitech and Grands hunt together in champions class. *exception Aitumn Oaks will still have a GRNITECH category. Youth hunts, RQE, Zone ect where all hunt together like in the past.
All cast winners with plus points get a win towards their title regardless of placement.
Cast wins that are ON RECORD will count toward new format and title.
5 CW to = Nitech
8 CW to = Grnitech 1
Every 10 additional wins as a grand gets Grnitech 2-5
Level 5 = Hall of Fame title
Top 3 scores will get performance points if applicable.
Paper work for club is all on one sheet each for each event
Win slips will no longer be given out, you can take a pic of finalized club worksheet or buy a booklet to record wins in.
Clubs can have double header hunts (2 a night), they count as just 1 of the 7. $35 fee for a double header and $2 a dog. Regular single hunt events still $25 & $2 a dog like before.
Clubs may have 60, 90 or 120 minute hunts.
Clubs may be approved for mini slam hunts, slams may also be either single events or double headers. $20, $30 or $50 hunts. The above format change is also for slams. All dogs will no longer hunt together. All plus point cast winners will get a win toward their title. Top 3 get performance points if applicable. Top 4 automatic split of winnings on double headers. May hunt off for $ a late round on single events. You do not get an additional win in this round.
Bench shows no changes other than the paperwork and no win slips.
MOH no longer has to keep a copy of event report.
Event reports may be mailed or emailed in.
