Notice To All Clubs Cancelling Events In March And April
Please know that posting a notice on this forum that your event is cancelled is not considered an official cancel. You will need to be sure to let UKC know officially so we can add your event to the list of those that are officially cancelled. Also, please don't use facebook to contact UKC or any of their employees as a source to notify UKC that you want to cancel your event, it's far too much for employees to keep up with.
We've made this easy for you by simply sending an email notice to cancellations@ukcdogs.com[/email]. Or, if it's more convenient, call the office at 269-343-9020 and we'll get you squared away.
At this time, we'd suggest to only cancel March and April local club events. If this pandemic were to continue we'll open it up to cancel May events later.
When sending email notice, be sure to include the Club Name, Club ID# and the March and April date(s) that your wishing to cancel. Again......

Lastly, event participants are encouraged to check the Events Calendar for the advertised event they wish to participate to make sure it is "a go". You'll need to open it up to see any CANCELLED notices. It will not show it on the front page.
