Do they rank the dogs that dont win 2 cast by the highest 1 night CW score - or combine the 2 nights scores? Thanks!

Double cast wins are first. Then I think they go by highest single cast win

Pretty sure it's single cast win high score for the non 2 cast winners - but there are several 1 cast winners that have the same CW score - how do they break those ties?
