Female pup with passing bloodclots thru urine

I have a now 6mth old bluetick female i bought at 8 weeks. About 4 weeks after I got her home i noticed her squatting to urinate alot and noticed blood clots in her urine. Long story short took her to vet she had a peach size blood clot in her bladder. Paid a fortune to have blood clot removed with emergency surgery but she recovered 100% but never found out the cause. She is almost 6 months old now and my son went to let her out again yesterday and there was blood clots again. We carried her to a different vet and told them her history and they didn't have a valid explanation just said she has a infection and give her antibiotics. She's active eating fine drinking fine chasing and treeing the drags my boy makes for her but these clots look horrible. I'm in a tight spot because my son and family have grown really fond of this pup but I'm fearful to get into any hardcore training with this issue not being 100% resolved. Just wondering if anyone has had anything similar and what can you do if anything. There's no chance of poison she is exposed to everything other dogs are exposed too and they are fine and not from anykind of injury or trauma. These bloodclots look horrible and if i posted a pic they would probably remove them for being graphic.

I had one that passed blood in her urine as well, turned out to be a bladder stone, hope it's not the cause but might want to have it checked out.
