Feist Single Registration Question

We just purchased our first Mountain Feist pup this weekend. I have his puppy papers through NKC and will be sending them off this week to get a copy of his 3-generation pedigree. His sire is both NKC & UKC registered, but the dam is only registered with NKC. On the single registration information on the UKC site, I see where you need a copy of the NKC pedigree and 3 photos to single register our pup with UKC. However, when I downloaded the single registration application, I see a section that talks about needing to have a breed inspector look at the dog. Is that still required if I have a copy of the NKC papers? If so, how do I go about finding a list of folks who are qualified to do that? I've only ever dealt with hound pups that are already UKC registered, so this is a completely new process for me. Thanks!

According to what I've read, if you include a copy of the proof of registration with one of our acknowledged registries, the 3 generation pedigree information and the color photographs, you do not have to have the dog inspected.

I'm trying to do the single registration online and it won't let me proceed without uploading an inspector form. Can you help? Thanks.

On-line single registration is something we recently started and I'm not familiar with it. The person that is, is out of the office until Tuesday. You may want to print the application out from our website, fill it out and send it in to us.

Ok, thanks. If we do end up having to have him inspected, can you provide a list of folks qualified to do that? Trying to get him registered and have paperwork back by mid-October if at all possible.

OK, so what I've found out is that if you include the 3 color photos of the dog then it doesn't have to be inspected. If you cannot get passed the inspection part on the on-line single application then you may want to print out the application, fill it out and send it in to us with the photos and the other items we need.
