is anyone else having issues with the registration department i registered and paid for my litter on 05/12/2022. sent verifcation information the same day and now i have pups leaving at 8 weeks and still dont have papers chat or phone call says i didnt verify which i responded with email sent that night. then is was we are only processing may 7th and earlier. it seems to me the excuses for crappy customer service get deeper and deeper. and just so everyone understands my redbones are DNA and AKC registered and AKC had the litter and puppy papers to me 3 weeks ago 1 weeks after registration of litter. If you are having same issues i think its time we get this adressed with UKC.
