16 month old MR. CLEAN male.

Maverick is going to be a great dog. He leaves like a rocket ,by himself or with company. He will cut across a 1000 yard field to go to a woods if he has to. He moves around like an old dog and will cover ground like he's on fire. He will leave the section you put him in and head to another if he feels like it.

Maverick is naturally independent. Very accurate , and is more of a track dog then a treeing idiot. And he can drive a track. He has killed a couple opossum, but I don't consider him bad about it. He has a good mouth and is a great tree dog. Doesn't bark in the kennel and has a lot of brains.

Maverick has not been hunted very hard at all. He was started by Dave Collins.

Maverick is at a stage where he will tree and stay on some trees but leave a lot of others after a minute or two. If he trees close to you then he usually stays, but when he trees a mile away, he will usually leave before you very top him. It's simply just a lack of hunting. I will show in the woods. He is all paid up in everything. No trials
