Dogs Eyes look bloodshot??

When I have been going to feed of the morning I have noticed his eyes look like snot in the corner of them. But doesn't seem to bother him as the day goes on it doesn't do that Justin looks a little blood shot. Is this normal? Could it be an allergies or a cold or should I go to vet?

Was he hunted the night before, does he have loose and drooping eyelids? There are many possible reasons for matted eyes. If the matter and redness is minor you could wash them out with eye wash but if he is holding it closed my suggestion is get him to a vet.

His eyes only seem matted of the morning when he gets up. Once he is up an moves around they don't seem to be matted just seems bloodshot. It doesn't seem to bother him at all. He does have somewhat of dropping eyelids. Just didnt known if it could be somewhat normal wanted to see if anyone else has had this happen

If he doesn't seem sick it may be something in his bedding getting in his eyes overnight. Is he on straw? That can be pretty dusty.

Sometimes when I go hunting at night, my eyes are matted the next morning.

Ears

Ear infections will do that. Clean his ears out with baby wipes or something similar and see what the wipe looks like when your done.
