We are always experimenting and doing things to keep some fun into the hunting. Our latest venture is keeping a VIRB camera on during the hunt and even trying one on the dog.
Problem with that is there is no camera light and you can't do this at night on the dog.
We did go out last week and turn a young dog loose about an hour before dark in some open woods we have. The temperature was still 90* and we knew the chance of treeing a coon were slim and the dog is a young one we are training.
Excuses out of the way here is what happened!! https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?...e=2&theater

I put it on my youngest, slowest dog. Strap it to a Wipeout hound and you will get sick. lol I think camera stabilization has to move into a new era before this can be perfected. lol
We do have a Drone with a Camera on it. We are going to try and follow the dog with it. At least we should be able to see the deer running from her.

Saw this post awhile back and wanted to take a look at it when I got home. Remembered today and now the videos won't open. Anywhere to go see the videos Bruce?
