I think there shouldn't be a re-hunt .But if there is it should be all or none.Because every cast was affected by having Sambo hunt.

sound like some people are mad. the hunt was run and the problem was taken care of at the time. if there was questions on the hunt it should of taken place then . why would you hunt ever buddy else . maybe i should bring up stuff that happen in other world hunts if i dont like who won it . let it go and go win it next year. if you start all these problems now in every other hunt some one would complain if they dont win opening up a big can of worms. i dont have or care who won it i didnt make it there this year

my thoughts only.... No rehunt. Any dogs displaced out of the world hunt from the zone that was in question get an automatic entry next year to the world. The dog proved his ability once he made it to Georgia. If you got beat by him then you got beat. If I was to win the world hunt I want to know that I had the dog that did not get beat. After the conclusion of the investigation at that point the dog was disqualified and the second place dog now assumes the tiltle. of 2017 world Ch. If they catch a guy cheating at the end of the race they do not go back and rerun all the races with all the cars that might of been affected they simply disqualify the cheater and pass on the credit to the next best finisher. Plain and simple. Last but not least If indeed a score card was altered. He is done THE END. There is no need of ever taking that chance again.... This is supposed to be about HONOR not who can cheat who and get by with it. Heck we all could of done the same thing but by good conscious and morals chose not to. just my 2 cents

It's over and done, move on to next year and leave 2017 with no world hunt winner. You can't have a legitimate world hunt winner at this point. Conditions are different, leaves are off, more coons have been killed in the area, dogs have had more hunting time put in, injuries have occurred. Frankly speaking if you can't duplicate the conditions and experience levels of the hounds how can you say it is a rehunt ? It is a totally new hunt for the world title with a limited number of returning participants.

The situation is very unfortunate and complicated, I think UKC has done a good job of trying to make it right. Have a re hunt. All 11 dogs will be hunting under the same conditions. If dogs aren't available due to some reason, that's a bad break. Good and bad breaks happen in life. We need a winner.

I urge everyone who competition hunts or posts opinions about this, take the time to read UKC's findings on this. After reading what happened and all of the witness testimony, it changed my view 180 degrees. Click the link below to read it for yourself.

Cheated at the zone or when he was 7 months old and his nuts just dropping who cares..he beat all the dogs that did get there fair down there ...he won he's the world champion no other dogs down there beat him he won fair and square yall really believe he was the only dog there that didn't have a ghost coon give to them at some point the ur crazy..he won the world hunt and they's no way I'd go back and try again... hell ukc yall just give them all participation trophies next yr and everyone can walk away a winner..

Everyone is assuming that no cheating went on other than what was reported and all the rest of the cast wins were fair. Why would you assume that? This wasn't a case of someone not admitting their dog moved or circling a tree that should have minused. They added a coon to the card knowing full well that other people knew what his score was and it was going to be posted on the internet. That is extremely bold and you can bet they have done this stuff before. In might not be fair but It calls into question every cast win the dog has aver gotten. Including all of them after that.

He knew full well this investigation was coming before the finals. He could have just walked away and avoided all of this but he didn't. The only dogs that were affected where the ones he hunted against. They are now going back and hunting against each other in the same place and they will all face the same conditions. Its the only fair way to do it. I haven't seen any of the guys that are having to go back complaining? None of the rest of our opinions really matter.

Do you even read your own posts? How could you admit that he cheated and than 2 lines later say that he won "fair and square"? Do you really think that it is all right or "fair" to cheat. All of the people that are posting that Sambo is the real winner or that they should not have a rehunt are actually saying that it is all right to cheat. I can't believe that so many people are saying that since "everyone is doing it" , it is ok to cheat. Or that if you win by cheating but don't get caught that night, then it is all right. 56% of the people voting in this poll think that it is all right to cheat.
