The kennel my dog came from out their kennel name in the spaces for her name on the registration form. As I understand it spaces count and I can 3 boxes short to fit my dogs name. Is there anyway to add letter for a fee? or remove the kennel name? They also wrote "PR" in front of the kennel name which I thought was automatically done?
You can fill out an Affidavit form, which can be downloaded from our website. You fill the Affidavit form out yourself, then send it in to us along with the registration papers.
one more question... what does this do? do I completely fill out the original form first then fill out the Affidavit form and send them in together? I guess my question is if there isn't enough spaces to fit my dog's name on the original form won't it be wrong? Im just afraid of messing up the form because it states clearly in several places that if you mess it up you will be denied and have to start over and I'd rather avoid all that.. is it wrong to take the kennel name off? I don't mind it being there just hate that it takes up all the spaces.
The only things you need to fill out on the registration form are the colors of the dog and the pedigree package you want. Everything else you will fill out on the Affidavit and you'll send both forms in to us.
