sent in 2 different litters to be registered 10 pups in one litter one pup in second litter one check for both got a sole sinnatory letter back and another letter that said no payment but =you cashed the check what do i need to fill out and can i fax it back in sire w150017 dam w288065 thanks tim

For the sole signatory form, just fill it out and fax or scan & e-mail it to us. For the litter where you received a letter from us asking for payment, what is the Litter Control Number?

173376 both letters were in one envelope from ukc both registrations and one check was sent in one envelope to ukc

You sent in a check for $54.00. It was $30 to register the other litter and $24 for the permanent registration from the other litter. That left no money to register the litter we're holding.
