These pads are made of quality waterproof nylon wrapping a CLOSED CELL FOAM THAT REPELS WATER. Most pads use open cell foam and that is why when they get wet they soak up water like a sponge. I contacted high ridge and was telling him I needed pads for a 3 hole atv box and gave the size I needed and he told me that wouldn't be a problem I sent the m/o to him last Friday he contacted me when he got it and told me they were being mailed and gave me the tracking # and 6 days later they were at my door its nice now a days to deal with a person that's honest and will actually do what they say thanks again high ridge also there built nice and should last a dam long time
