Rock made nite champion last night in Kodak, Tennessee Holston River CHA finished 2nd with 100+ 75 circled. I put a first on him in Murphy, North Carolina Mountain CHA with 125+ 150 circled. I put another first on him in Sylva, North Carolina Jackson Co. CHA with 412 1/2 + 150 circled. Rock is a honest 1st strike dog and 1st tree dog. Rock barks according to track with a nice loud bawl mouth on track, comes treed with 2-3 deep dying bawl locates then rolls into a bawl/chop and settles in to a chop. His mouth travels well thru mountains or the flatlands. He likes to get alone with a coon but will tree with others if hes on the same track. Hes a stay put belly up tree dog. Hes drives a track with accuracy. Hes not perfect nor have i seen a dog that was.

Rock also has 70 points towards show champion. We sure enjoyed hunting with junior watson a couple of days last week. Look forward to a return trip to see speed and how some of his offspring operate.

I owned a full brother to this dog. Nice balanced hound, good loud mouth, and solid treedog. Lost him to an auto on road. Had locate like a bull bellowing 4 times and to chop about 100 barks a minute. Straight up on the wood, toenails dug in.

I hate to hear that about rocks brother! Rock is definitely a belly up hug the tree type dog. Hoss seemed to produce some nice hounds. I look forward to getting some pups on the ground out off rock and seeing what he throws, he has the blood to be a reproducer. Did your dog have alot of drive? It dont seem like you can hunt him down just wants to go go go!

Those pups should have no problem treein a coon michael. ive hunted with several nice dogs out of sue the lady female out of junior watsons speed and sue cross is a super nice dog so guys dont miss out on one of these pups. I know junior has two females and 1 male out of sue that are doin real good on coon or bear and sue has 1 nitech that I know of michael these should be some dandys

That's what me and junior are hoping for! I'm anxious to see if rock will produce! He has the blood, tools, and abilities to. Time will tell. We need to get together and tree us some "rickys". Im still wanting to head to georgia before season closes if we can make it happen.
